They are constructed from a gold-plated metal conductor, ensuring a consistently high level of performance and connectivity without degradation in sound quality. The red and black polarity banded binding posts are insulated by a two-part insulation kit and are supplied with two fixing nuts and solder tag, as shown. The 4mm end socket continues through the entire binding post, allowing a 4mm plug to be used both ends for convenience. There is also a 6mm cross mounting hole. Termination of cable to binding posts may involve soldering to give optimum sonic performance where speaker cable is to be fitted permanently. 4mm through-socket provided for ease of installation.
