product description Product Series: Flange Alignment Tools The Flange Alignment Tool is a simple and effective method for aligning any flange in any alignment job. The operator simply slides the thin end of the pin through the holes in the two flanges that are closest to alignment and turns the pin with a wrench. As the pin rotates, the holes will begin to align. The tool's tapered shaft features a patented end. This detail eliminates the need to use hammering, prying, and pushing when trying to align flange bolt holes. If needed, you can use a second pin on the other side of the flange to perfectly align the flanges. At this point, the operator can slide the bolts into the aligned bolt holes and tighten them to the correct torque level.
