Description: A very rare early 19th Century well figured rosewood console table, finely hand carved and of exceptional quality with beautifully rich patination, grain and exquisite carved motif detail throughout. The moulded top of rectangular form with is raised over an elegantly simple panelled frieze above a fitted mirror glass plate back to the rear and a pair of stunning highly carved double scroll side supports to the fore with blind fretwork panelling featuring a fabulous arrangement of carved flowerhead and cabochon motifs in low relief and a futher striking arrangement of interlaced scroll and foliate motif detail to the sides, terminating on moulded concave shaped platform plinth base.
