This gorgeous set is stored within a moulded fall front box of rectangular form which opens to reveal a fitted interior which houses an adjustable book slide with fret cut handles and serpentine desk set of rectangular form fitted with a pair of glass ink wells and pen trays. The entire set is decorated profusely with striking foliate detailed brass mounts which frame mother of pearl cabochons also beautifully adorned with finely carved foliate and flower motifs.
